Utilizing conscious breathe to connect mind and body through a flowing series of postures. Your are first guided through ta sequence then you are invited to explore the postures on your own, allowing your own breath to inspire movement. Creates heat within the body, increases strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Set to upbeat music.
